My journey has meandered around the globe, from the classic British high streets to the sun-soaked shores of Australia. During these 18 years, I’ve seen some things, and let’s just say, not all have been pretty. It’s been increasingly clear that the recruitment industry hasn’t kept pace with the changing times.
